i got a Sennheiser HD800 and i love competitive shooter games.

which one is better ?
i love the scout mode which is super usefull to hear steps in Shooter games :3

got both now in my hands and tested.
my personla conclusion:

test situation: CS:GO audio test chamber

ae9: more precise, steps are super clear and easy to locate. the steps getting more precise where i activated 5.1. surprising

x7: steps are not good as ae9 but the difference starts in movies and music. the bass and treble is way more strong than the ae9 .


somebody got the ae-9? i could need some nice advices for competitive shooters.
