How good is it? Would it be worth to use it with my Home Vibe and Alessandro MS-1? Any opinions are welcome. Tnx.

Not worth it these days, I'm afraid.

First off, it's an external USB sound card with only 16-bit audio support and only 16-bit processing capability.

Second, it resamples everything to 48kHz, like it or not, due to it being required to conform to the AC'97 specification. (In the case of the USB sound cards, they have no hardware DSP, so the resampling is performed in the drivers for the card - and Creative's software-based resampling used in the Sound Blaster MP3+ sucks equally as badly as the hardware-based resampling in the Live! and Audigy lines of sound cards which existed at the time of the Sound Blaster MP3+'s introduction.)

Third, its internal DAC is of mediocre-at-best quality. The Home Vibe requires an analog output of your source since it lacks its own DAC (I'm not so sure about that, since I've never seen one in person) - but then, the Sound Blaster MP3+ may not be a good enough source for the Home Vibe due to the limitations of that USB sound card.
