Well, is there any science behind this subject as I'm interested in this.
Reason is that strangely for me, I find I do more work while listening to a DAP than anything else. If I say don't have DAP at all, I do less work and even if I say use my home setup to do stuff, I find I don't concentrate as well when focusing on stuff.
Funny enough, that for a long time, I found 'background' music actually distracting but not now for some reason.
