Sure it looks good. but seriously they really are putting the prices up there. So which heapdhone nut is going to be the first to buy those headphoens and give us some impressions eh?

They just look like the Sony EX71's.. which is a very entry level canalphone. I do hope they pair the player with something a little more competent than along the lines of EX71.

I wouldn't pay thousands for a MD player though, that's paying thousands for a source that plays compressed music.. bleh.

Maybe sony will have a pair of 010s at the stereophile show coming up in May.
They have showcased their SACD players & surround setups in the past at the NY show. Maybe we will get lucky.
