You can get them for $30 more at walmart or amazon. IMO I would not trust buying headphones on ebay from china, not worth the trouble.
 
BTW, looks like the seller has some negative feedback about selling fakes. I would read those.

I can get an officially refurbished one with a full sony warranty from an authorized dealer for 73, or from macmall for 84. Is refurbished worth it?
