Unlike the semi-pro stuff going on with Mr Junesequa, I know a little about the professional business going on with live-shows, where wireless mics do exist. They use RF and trust me, they sound fantastic. The main problem though, is the price. The mics cost more than a thousand euros and what the recievers cost, I have no clue. Still, the technology could come to consumer markets sometime soon if they manage to improve and cheapen it.

For now. Bluetooth sucks.

yeah high q rf's are like that, never fitted out a stadium before i must say, i work sound for a tv station for this small morning show program but we have well known bands on there sometimes.. but its on such a small scale, its a big change i used to work in an office for a year then jumped ship...but yeah semi-pro is pretty much right..
