Sony WF-1000XM4 Impressions Thread

I have been using xm4 for a while and still can't secure them inside my ears, they just keep dropping out if I moved.

I searched this thread and did not seem to find any related discussion. Search online for something like ear hook, or wing tip, reviews are mostly horrible.

Anyone has good experience to find any accessory to help xm4 stay put?
Maybe you need to move up one size tip? I need a large in one ear and a medium in the other. Smaller than that and they tend to fall out.

I am already using the largest tips :)

On the other hand, my Jabra Elite 65t is fatastic in that regard, I was using them even in my running (1.5 hours to 2.5 hours) and they never fell out.

The Sony tips are to small for me, I use Final E or Sedna Crystal largest size and have no problem

Hello everyone, I own a pair of WF 1000XM4's and I am happy with their performance so far
the only problem is that they dont fit quite right in my ears and it gets really painful after awhile
I was thinking of getting long tips like these for them, to get them to sit 'higher' from my earlobes and minimize contact

Is there such a thing?

Get the hybrid Sony tips and you’re good to go

They don't look much longer than the normal tips... Also they look like they would compromise the noise isolation because they arent foam all the way through

Hi all, I want to upgrade from my WF-1000 XM3. I am considering momentum 2 TWS or WF-1000XM4. Which one should I go for?. I prefer a neutral to bass-heavy sound signature(not too much muddy bass).
You could also consider the Sony LinkBuds S. They have a more neutral sound than XM3 and XM4 but are also lighter on the bass

The bass on these buds are pretty awesome as Im listening to a old dance tune that I came across again, and the sq and bass sounds as good as my £2000 sound system, and the subwoofer was £300 hand made in the uk.... http://www.bkelec.com/HiFi/Sub_Woof...MIstaxrvXV-QIVjpntCh0vzQj4EAAYASAAEgLqqvD_BwE Mines the XLS200 and its gone up in price.
Maybe your hearings gone 😄

They most certainly don't sound as good as my KEF LS50WII plus woofer !

Great for wireless convenience sure.

Nothing wrong with him feeling that he feels it’s just as good as his pricey. We are not ones to judge

I can judge peoples comments as I like thanks very much. The WF-1000XM4 are great for what they are.
Nothing to thank. He’s not deaf. You’re judgmental and negative. Got it
