I plan on Buying one of these and Sound Quality and Noise Cancellation are my priorities but price is definitely a consideration.

I can get the WF-1000X for $75 new and the WI-1000X Factory Refurbished for $100 with the highest price being the Bose which is $185 new

From what I have read is just on pure Sound Quality the Sony wi1000X Seem to be best but the Bose has the better ANC and sound Quality combined .

My Question for those that have tried these are the Wi-1000X worth buying Refurbished for $25 More than the WF-1000X ?

And are The Bose worth so much more than either ?

Obviously true wireless or even wireless is not that important to me nor is the latency on viewing video when using the WF-1000X because if I'm at home watching video I have much better choices available.

But with price and performance which would you pick ?

Also I am aware of the battery life of all three and even the worse performing of the three the WF-1000X is enough for me

So what do you think ?

I have the two Sony's and have heard the Bose.

I would go for the WI-1000x anytime.
Their sound quality is excellent, the battery life is good and the ANC modes are comparable to the Bose.

Additionally the WI-1000x support APTx and LDAC which the other two don't

WI-1000X is the best among the 3 listed models:

1. Great battery life - this wireless in ear headphone has a good battery life that can last you long enough for day time usage and charge it at night.
2. Hybrid driver - WI-1000X is equipped with hybrid driver (Single Balanced Armature and Single Dynamic). This is the first wireless in ear headphone comes with hybrid driver.
3. Option to use it as wired - There is a cable in the box for you to "change" your wireless headphone to a wired one. It will be useful if you are on plane and you wish to plug in to the plane entertainment system.
4. Good noise cancellation - The noise cancellation of WI-1000X is the best among the 3 and there is an option for you to off the noise cancellation.
5. Good connectivity - WI-1000X is equipped with the latest Qualcomm AptX HD - Bluetooth chip that specially designed for Hi-Res Audio

Hi Turbomustang84,

EIther Sony will work, you can't go wrong for all reasons already listed.

Only believe your own ears, no one else's.

I have both of the Sony’s, the wi does sound a little better but I’m not a huge fan of the controls and I do really like the wf.

The anc is undoubtedly more effective on the wi but the passive isolation on the wfs is better so the overall affect between the two is actually very similar, at least for train noise.
