Mix (figuratively) cocaine (crack and refined), heroin, and marijuana together with a little bit of H2SO4 and a little bit of whisky, and you get much of what the Sony Corp. of America's ********* marketers have been shooting up their veins...

Lol, I've already given up an all the big companies (philips, JVC, Sony, Sharp.etc) They all care too much about what sells, and too little about what sounds good...
Okay, the 'style' in the product-line names of the Sony headphones (Light Style, Bud Style, In Style, Home Style and Studio Style) is only on the packaging of U.S.-market Sony consumer headphones. You won't find that information on SonyStyle USA's Web site.
And speaking of the headphones with the 'style' on the Sony package, the headphones themselves are mostly the same old models, such as the MDR-V-CRAP 300.
