i find it odd that you cannot get any cases sold in the UK from a company as big as SONY. I'm guessing AccessoryJack is the same with customs duty, a coin toss

I just took delivery of a zx300 and all i want is a case and some new in ear headphones

I will say the official case is really nice, but as soon as I pay some credit cards down I think I'm going to order the blue dignis. We don't usually get hit with any customs here in the US. The official case offers more protection, but I won't really ever use my zx300 for active use and I ordered a hiby r3 to use in my vehicle so I don't need the front cover protection of the Sony.

I just like the look of the dignis better, although the Sony is really nice and I'm sure easily available to you if you don't mind a flip type case.

So it's 62 plus 13 plus 22, 97 shipped. Not too bad.

Are you guys putting tempered glass protectors on when using those Dignis and other cases that don't cover the screen? Seems a shame, since the zx300's matte screen is a big plus.

I wouldn't use one no. The matte screen is too nice.

Agree. Does anyone know, is the glass used for the zx300 at least on par with an iphone’s? I use an iphone with a hard rubber armor case, but no screen protector. No worries.

Omg! Nearly $100! I got the zx300A including taxes for around $400! I always want to buy a case but that seems expensive. It would be even more with uk duty, taxes and handling charge plus postage. We get charged 20% tax on the postage cost, 20% on the item, duty depending on category and value then tax on the duty then a handling charge of around $12 for the postage company to process the “charges”. And we think we’re going to be competitive after Brexit. Idiots.

Not cheap but that's close to what I paid for the Sony oem case. That's a lot of duties and taxes!!

I don't think it's fair to charge duties/taxes on items that cannot be sourced in the country.
