Has anyone tried the ASEN silver TRRS cables, I am looking at these for my Noble K10s.

For Sony, look for a TRRS plug that is 3.5 mm.

Also, Noble Audio use 2-pin connectors, this is MMCX, so both literally both ends of the cable are wrong for you :p

EDIT: Get something from these guys, you can choose the IEM type and termination for the ZX2

As far as I'm aware gapless is always on and no option

I have only tried with flac and it works perfectly with all from 16/44 up to 24/192

I am looking at them and want to be sure about the plug, is it the Sony PHA-3 or Pono Balanced (dual 3.5mm Eidolic Gold) the correct one?

Well I'm assuming you're only running them off the ZX2, and are not connecting them to a PHA-3. In that case you want a 3.5mm TRRS balanced for Sony ZX2 termination, and a Noble type IEM (which is 2-pin).

If by any chance you have a Sony PHA-3 connected to the ZX2 as well, then you might go for the dual 3.5mm termination, but doesn't seem like you do.
