Has anyone compared the NW-A series (a55 for example) to the NW-ZX300? I'm curious how different the sound quality is.

yep the ZX300 is marginally better from the 3.5mm but it blows the A55 out the water from balanced output ..i have the A55 as my mobile dap very good sound quality and build

Unfortunately I felt that the A55 sounded better (wider soundstage, louder, better low bass and just more "fun") than the ZX300, even after about 60-70 hours of burnin for the latter. Balanced output wasnt enough to tip the balance.
