Sony MDR-NC60

I am looking for some noise canceling headphones that are around-ear and have good bass quality. I bought the Sony MDR-NC60 from Future Shop for $293 (wayy overpriced IMO) and was looking on eBay for some cheaper ones, and found Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones Model#MDR-NC60 w case on eBay.ca (item 380168540409 end time 14-Nov-09 17:00:58 EST) . Can anyone tell me if those look real or are they fake?

Also, if these Sonys aren't the best for my needs, does anyone have suggestions?

The AT ANC7 sound very good, but they're supra aural. I listened to a pair at a meet and they canceled the meet's sound very well. I've recommended them to a couple of coworkers who really like them. If you can stand something on your ears, they're great.
