I'm looking for a new eadbud and found Sony MDR-E888LP for $39.90 on this website

Take a look at this link, these are fake ones being sold in bulk from China. I remember looking at the same link you are looking at from warehouse123, and I concluded that these are fakes, so I don´t think I would take the risk buying them, but I could be wrong, maybe someone in the forum knows better..

Yes, that´s right, but what if they have sold 793 other types of products that wasn´t fake, and then they sell 20 fake items, out of which maybe only 10 buyers finds out that they have bought a fake product and gives a negative rating, they are still going to end up with positive rating around 98-99%

Warehouse123 is a reliable seller. AFAIK, they are the official dealer of several brand of mp3 player, iriver included. They are half Hong Kong, half Singapore based. Also, Sony MDR-E888LP for $39.90 isn't really that cheap anyway - I got mine for around that price from another Singapore local dealer.

I ordered my Audio Technica CM700 from them and it's the real thing.

i got my e888s from them. they're legit. but if it makes a difference to you, mine were champagne gold instead of the silver ones depicted.

If you already have the PK3, E888 would probably be side stepping instead a upgrade.

I'm using the OK2 these days (will let it go soon). I thought the 888 is supposed to be better.
