It only depends on which local ebay you're using as a browser. The auction as such is always the same (as defined by the item number), but the way in which the auction is presented (language, currency, etc.) hinges on the local ebay. See examples below:

Apparently Vwap had a high undisclosed bid which kept beating Bryanzilla's bids until he finally outbid vwap.
