Anything out there in the 150+ dollar region that blow these things (Vmoda crossfade lps) out of the water?
Looking for something great for Electronic Music (Makina, Freeform, etc) Over ear.
These were fun for a bit, but now they aren't so special. Home or Portable, it doesn't really matter. thanks.

Logitech UE 6000 for $200
V-Moda Crossfade M-100 for $300

There are most likely a great deal of others that you would like better, but since you bought the LPs I assumed you cared at least a bit about how they look, so I mentioned some other stylish headphones.

If not look into the Beyerdynamic DT770 80 Ohm or 250 Ohm, but for those you would need an amp for potable use.

I used to be in it for style, but now I just want the sound. Style doesn't matter to me much as does great sound quality. I will look into the Beyerdynamics! Thanks!

Beyer is bulky if you want to use them on the go. Add the HFI-580 to your list.

JVC HA-S500, if you don't mind on ear headphones. They've been getting a lot of love the past half year or so, and a lot of V-Moda owners also love them over their V-Modas. Check out the thread.

Price? Dunno, varies. Ranging from $60 to $80 shipped.

I honestly don't think you need to spend over $100 to get a headphone that sounds better than the LP.
Even budget cans such as the Monoprice 8323 and the Panasonic HTF-600's have better detail than the LP in my opinion.

If you want to blow it out of the water in the $150 region, I would say AKG K167, KRK KNS 6400.

I never thought about budget headphones because I would always get suspicious about them and their prices. I was planning on getting the K167s, but I have seen reviews that state that the comfort level on them is not that great. That is one thing I am really worried about. Thanks for the suggestions.
