I just got my sony nw-e407 but I am having some problems trying to run sonicstage. The thing installed fine but when i tried to run it,it gave a error message saying:

Cannot find database file, or the database file is corrupted.
Click OK the recover the database. Click Cancel to exit the program.

Then after hitting OK, another error comes up saying:

Cannot recover the database file.
Click OK to copy an empty database.
Click Cancel to exit the program.

Then when i hit OK again, the program terminates,
I tried reinstalling many times already as well as intstalling the ver 3.1 but the same thing happens everytime. does anybody have a solution for this or any suggestion. Thanks

Wheww. Sounds like some kind of compatibility issue. You may end up having to get tech help on that one. What OS is this on?
