[SOLVED] Circular noise after adding Ross Martin DAC

So i recently received my Ross Martin Audio DAC and put it in the stack with my Lyr and LCD-2's coming via TOSLINK from my computer into the Rossmartin. When I don't have anything planning every minute or so (maybe less) I hear this noise in my right driver that like fades in and then fades out. It's almost like a low static noise is traveling slowly in a circle around my head and skips the left driver and go to the right driver then fades back out and repeats itself. What could this be? I have no way of telling if its the Ross Martin DAC as I had the Lyr plugged into RCA to Line-In before I got the Ross Martin so all I heard was garbage anyway. Could this be dirty group loop?

Try with just the martin dac in the chain and see if it still does it.

It has no 1/4 inch jack tho
