I have the solo2. I like them okay. I can't find anyone comparing to executive and I have a chance to get the execs pretty cheap. Is this worth my time? Will the sound be better?

I know the Executive are more comfortable, more luxurious and more sturdy (exactly as you would expect), but I don't think the sound quality is that much better.
 
I know from my own experience that the Solo2 are actually very good sounding for their price, albeit too bassy for me, but I have never heard the Executive. I only know that it didn't fair too well in comparisons against other headphones of similar and even lower price ranges.

I suggest staying with the solo2 but to be honest there are a lot of better headphones than beats for less the price but if you really like the solo2 do what you want

I know I'm saving up for some senns. I'm just trying to figure out if at 120dollars the execs are actually any kind of sound upgrade from the solo 2s.
