Solid State Electrostatic Amps
Mar 13, 2006 at 6:53 PM Post #2 of 8
Hi Pat

I'm not sure if there are more. But I just wanted to add this:

If you are only avoiding tubes due safety reasons (kids, pets...) you might be able to ask for a grid covering the tubes while ordering your amp. Just a thought.

Cheers

The sennheiser hev70

And the Burmeister. (you don't even want to know how much this is)

I am interested in 'learning' about this too. I heard Dieter (sp?) originally planned to market this product for the HE90, but failed to stir up enough demand, so he made a few and kept the prototype for himself. Supposed to be Uber-Expensivo.
