SOLD / SOLD is my Massdrop THX AAA 789 Linear Amp in absolute mint condition... purchased new and used for less than 6 weeks... arrived to me on April 20, 2020. It is an excellent amp! I could drive my Hifiman Arya Planar Headphones on the lowest output. As you can see on the eBay shipment completed form, I paid $433.02. I am asking $275 obo. I will pay PayPal fee and shipping in CONUS.

This amp will drive any headphones superbly. The only reason I'm selling is to go back to a tube amp and roll some tubes.

I have the original boxes. Check my pictures and check my 100% positive feedback and buy with confidence.

This unit has the older Massdrop logo from before its rebranding ten months ago. Purchasing it new... doesn't quite add up.

Could you give me a clarification?

Yes, that's exactly what I am getting at.

Is he claiming that the unit that is at least ten months old was new at the time of his purchase from eBay?


It just didn't seem to add up. I just wanted further clarification from the OP.

DitheringFool... I don't call you that, you do... I can tell you in no uncertain terms... I purchased this brand new THX 789... I am the first and only owner! I took a picture of the digital bill of sale on my Apple 27" monitor. And, whoever purchases it from me, I will print a copy of it and include it.
I've been on Head-Fi for over 10 years... I have a reputation to uphold... 100% positive feedback! I want to treat others the way I want to be treated!
