I no longer need the wonderful Singxer SU-1 so I am letting it go. I bought it on Amazon from SHENZENAUDIO and received it on August 3rd of this year, so it is close to new and hasn't even been used for 12 hours.
This digital interface takes a USB signal and output either an I2S, S/PDIF (RCA or BNC), AES/EBU, or WCLK clock output (whatever that is). It utilizes the latest XMOS xCORE-200 chip and the excellent CRYSTEK CCHD-575/957 low jitter clock, and has a built in linear power supply, so the SU-1 emanates with quality.
It supports 44.1KHz, 48KHz, 88.2KHz, 96KHz, 176.4KHz, 192KHz, 352.8KHz, 384KHz PCM when using the I2S output (S/PDIF and AES/EBU up to 192KHz). 32-bit over I2S, 24-bit for the rest.
It supports 2.8 MHz (DSD64)-DoP, native5.6 MHz (DSD128)-DoP, native 11.2 MHz (DSD256)-native when using I2S, but only up to DSD64 DOP mode with AES/EBU and S/PDIF.
If you have a DAC with less than stellar digital inputs, and/or a source that is not of extreme quality (e.g. a noisy digital output from the source) then the Singxer SU-1 is a cure. It also seems to act as a ground loop isolator as it totally removes a ground loop in one of my configurations.
Asking price is $250 + shipping, I will cover the PayPal fee. I will only ship to continental US and I'm probably not interested in trades.
Don't worry, it takes 115v or 230v due to its universal power transformer.
