The ifi micro iUSB3.0 is relatively affordable and a fantastic upgrade for USB audio. I seriously would not waste your time with the Uptone USB Regen, W4S Recovery or anything in that price range -- I've tried them and this thing positively wipes the floor with them! I was amazed at the sound difference -- bass got noticeably deeper and fuller, soundstage widened, the whole 'more analog sounding digital' thing. That is usually a total BS statement but with this, it's true.
It retails for $429 and is the flagship piece in ifi's USB device lineup. This is their no-holds-barred do-it-all device for cleaning up your USB signal.
