****PRICE DROP*** 800 + shipping paypal

Selling my custom bottlehead mainline. aluminum top painted a metal black. Painted the transformer top a nice orange to contrast. Black RCA/XLR instead of the standard silver to finish it up.

Downsizing the collection as i recently acquired the Ragnarok and dont have the space for 2 giant amps.

References available on request i am a frequenter of phoenix area meets. First sale on headfi.

Also recently tuned the channels(voltage regulator pot on underside) will include bottlehead instructions on a flash drive with amp for those that want to swap any components and the voltage checks/channel balancing.

I can vouch for @anteroth he's a great guy! He's been to the AZ meets and let me borrow his Yggdrasil for two weeks before purchasing my own. I let him borrow my Utopia and he returned it in perfect condition.

I've heard this Mainline and it sounded great with Utopia. This is a great amp, GLWS!

I really wish Mainline could have balanced inputs.
I've heard this amp and it's excellent! FWIW you can use a Jensen PC-2XR or just use single ended outputs from DAC. Balanced is heavily memed on Head-Fi, single ended is fine for home use, and some ToTL amps ONLY have single ended inputs.

Really no difference for home use. Balanced is really only advantageous in high noise environments and longer cable runs IE professional audio use

I agree with you guys. The reason why I need balanced inputs is my dac’s SE out is already occupied by my speaker amp so my headphone amp has to have an xlr input.
But maybe I can buy this mainline to replace the crack /w sb in my secondary system. So is mainline way better than crack?

Absolutely, much more refined sound, better detail than the crack. IN my opinion the crack is very bloated in comparison but the crack has always been a bass lovers amp. It also has the full stepped attenuater vice a pot which I am also a huge fan of. There are many good reviews on the mainline that i recommend.
