For sale is a Denon DA-500 DAC. This is an older Denon unit that doesn't suffer from the "digititis" of the modern cheap DACs. It uses dual Burr Brown PCM1702 DACs, which are very good and pleasant sounding. I believe the unit sold for around $800 new. It uses the "alpha processing" used in many of their high end units. This is a really great home DAC that should make a great upgrade for people looking for something in this price range!

The condition of this unit is very good. It comes with the original box. I'll take some better pictures soon. The dimensions are about standard rack size (so about the same size as a normal DVD player). There are lots of inputs- 3 optical inputs and 2 coaxial inputs. As well as digital outputs to use it daisy chained in a digital system.

$sold plus shipping. Payment by cashiers check or money order. Paypal is fine, but 3% fee.

My feedback is here.
