I bought them from another Head-Fier brand new (they were a warranty replacement pair) so basically I am the only user. I have not used any of the included tips because I prefer Complys. The condition is absolutely perfect--cosmetically no scratches, scuffs, nicks in cable, nothing, and of course sonically perfect. I have always stored them in the case when not in use. Basically, I baby all my electronics and this is no exception. I have all original packaging, case, tips, and cleaning tool.
