I just made the stupid mistake of drinking eggnog with an already-upset stomach. Ugh....... this is terrible

I was sick Monday evening, Tuesday, most of Wednesday, still not quite right today (Thursday): ate Chinese at the wrong place.

I'm at about 90% of normal, which for me means like 70% of good, but not sick.

'course, nearly everyone i know has been sick recently, so, either I'm fighting off the same stuff, or, delaying the inevitable.

I used to love eggnog. I don't know if the recipes changed or i changed, but that stuff makes me ill now.

A lot of people I know are sick, but I've been sick three times this year, so I'm noticing a lot more people with stuff I've already had than anything else. In particular, a nasty viral bronchitis that I had is going around right now.

sick is a very subjective word.

if we are referring to health, i am good so far *touch wood* i normally sucumb to winter flu and colds etc, but this year have invested in my health tweaks as well as audio based ones, i bought some wellbeing extract called 'echinacea purpurea' and they have worked a treat thus far

Possible ear infection...going to go see the doctor this afternoon. This is the second day I've been out and I've missed out on about $240 worth of wages.

EDIT: Doctor confirmed it. Minor Ear infection, inflamed nasal cavity, and the general winter cold. Yay, medication!

I get sick about once a year and then it's usually just an annoying virus. I can't remember the last time I was out for days sick. Y'all need to get outside more often!!
