There is no 32bit content available and there probably never be IMO.
24bit is more than enough as it yields 144db of dynamic range.
Though the usb interface chip support such bit depth so the manufacturer of the final product report this "feature".
Also, they claim their device the same parameters (s/n ratio as well as dynamic range) of the dac chip alone, which is hardly true for the finished device.
Look at the specs very critically, especially for these kind of brands.

Hi again
 
just messing about with the various drivers on the included CD
 
In win(7) device manager, the dac used to show as "USB Audio Class 1.0 and 2.0 with MS Effect"
Affter messing about with the driver in the Chinese Folder of the included CD, device manager listed the dac as "USB Audio Class 1.0 and 2.0 DAC Device Driver". with this driver, windows says the device isnt working.
 
interested to hear what is listed for other owners
