Hello Head-Fi. This is my first post but Ive been lingering on these boards for a while now. Just ordered some SM3's and cant wait to get them in. Im kind of a newb in terms of high level audio equipment. Ive been using low end IEM's (S4) and headphones (mdr-v700) for a while, the SM3's are my first pair of decent equipment.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using SM3's or other triple driver IEM's with a high end electronic drum set? I have a TD-20 module and was wondering if I should get an amp to use with it. I play mostly jazz fusion. Any suggestions?
