Skullcandy hasn't sent me my order after 3 weeks

A full 3 weeks ago I ordered some earbud tips from skullcandy, and I have yet to recieve them. I got a shipping notice just a few days after I ordered too. I have sent them 2 emails and have recieved no reply. Is there anything else I can do?
