I think maybe we could have the meet before lunch? Sometime around 10 am, seeing as it would convenient for those that may have to travel some distance. In addition, the meet could consist of lunch, either catered (slightly harder, as we have to take into account dietary requirements such as Halal etc.) or self-provided.

I think we'll wait for a while to see if there's more people joining in. We then maybe can exchange contact in PM and meet up somewhere in the fest. or maybe in starbucks, etc.
