When was it decided to be on the 7th? Not that means I can't come, it's just that may be I missed it. I'm still able to come on the 7th, and this is good since I can start booking my bus tickets.

Can't remember but a couple of weeks back. I touted the idea and since there wasn't much, if any, opposition, I firmed the date up so that would make things easier going forward e.g. confirming people going and getting a venue.

I'm open to ideas on this, if we have to hire a venue and can't source a free one.
