Is there any windows program that can simultaneously create flac/ape rips and 128kbps CBR mp3 rips of my cd's? I would like to reduce the time I have to spend ripping my cd collection and I'd rather not do it twice for my pc and for my mp3 player.

Just rip to .wav and convert from there.

I guess you already have your answer on how to do both at once.

But if you already have some CDs ripped to FLAC or APE, it is pointless to rerip them for mp3s. Just convert them using foobar or some other program that can properly decode FLAC and encode mp3... obviously much quicker than reripping. When foobar decodes the lossless files (clearly it has to decode any compression in order to convert it into another format) it should end up with the original wave (this is the point of lossless compression, no?), and thus you shouldn't lose any quality in this conversion compared to reripping.
