Hi. Does anyone know of a company who makes replacement tips similar to the sure triple flange ones but with a bore suitable for the IE8? Thanks.

I've heard of some modding the Ety/Shure triples by cutting notches in the shape of a cross into the base. I've never been bored or unhappy enough to try; large silicone bi-flanges suit me well enough.
