Signal chain to Headphone Amp

Amplified guitar (either electric or acoustic) to Grace Design EQ/Pre to Headphone Amp (Woo Audio WA3) to Sennheiser HD650s.

My question concerns the headphone amp. I know the WA3 is a good match for the HD650s, any issues taking the signal from the EQ/Pre?
