Sorry if this is common knowledge to everyone, but I only found this out today. I know that if you order headphones directly from the Shure US website, you're covered by their 30-days-returns option. But UK customers can't order from the US site, as Shure US ship directly to the Shure UK distribution centre - where Shure UK then ship them out to authorised retailers.
But we can't order from the UK site either, only from authorised retailers. So we don't get the same option as US customers to be able to return them within 30 days for a refund unless we buy them from Amazon UK - and Amazon said they weren't sure if they'd be stocking them at all.
It's just something to be aware of if you buy them thinking you'd be covered by the Shure returns policy. You definitely won't be. And from what I've gathered already - authorised retailers here will only adhere to the 7-day cooling-off period if they are returned completely sealed, so you'd have to return them without opening them - and within 7 days.
Anyway, sorry if everyone already knew that - but I didn't!
