Shure Triple-Flange tips - Same as Etymotics'??

I was at Idealsound, and couldn't find the Etymotics triple-flange tips. So I resorted to getting the Shure triple-flange tips instead. Are these the same as the Etymotic tips? I notice they're a bit more expensive, but other than that, is there a difference in quality or fit?

I think they are the same except for the stem being longer on the shure tips.. they can be trimmed though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm using them with my Atrios M5. Do they still need to be trimmed?

Don't know about atrio...just thinking the stem is longer with the shure's than on the ety triple flange but can be trimmed to the same length as ety's. So I think they will work fine for you.
