Well I got to a conclusion that I'm just paranoic and the headphones are fine, it's just my pc's system. so I'll buy some kind of dac or something later, Thanks a lot guys =).

I hear ticks and cracks when listening with them too! I use AAC 1080P 44.1Khz Files so it is probably the cans :/ Taking em back this weekend!
