I would go on the shure website and go under which country you are in. And the se310's cost around $250 in the US, and the se530's cost around $400. Good luck!

You do get them in Dubai at virgin megastores. They are pricey, they cost about AED.2000.
I bought my Shure E3C from from Virgin Megastores (Deira City Centre) for AED.1200, but that was 2 years ago.
