Hello, how to fix the rubber sleeve that came out of the earphone near the cable (see picture)?
Or can it be fixed by Shure under warranty conditions?

Thanks for your replies!

I think warranty should cover it. Why not give Shure a call first?

Hello, ClieOS, thanks for reply.
Because I'm from Russia and it's very difficult to make a call or send it to "Shure".

Check Shure website and see if there is any official Russian distributor, maybe they can help.

Shure - Repair Form

Just fill out the PDF form and ship it in. They basically give you a new pair.

thanks for suggestions, that's the first thing that comes to mind - but I'm in Russia, and postal turnaround will take way too long.

I never allowed water to contact my earphones, it lost shape and detached spontaneously.

Don't worry about it. Shure is really good about these things. And you probably didn't do anything wrong. I love my SE530's but I have to admit the build quality is not as good as you'd hope for. My friend has already gone through 2 pairs of them, all with the same problem. He just glued his up, but letting Shure do it is probably better
