I want to take off the large foam black ones, but 1 of them is stuck. I got the right 1 out but the left is stuck. Any optimal way to get them out? Im just twisting and pulling a bit.

Found this with the search function -I haven't tried it myself:

"...Put them in a zip lock bag, suck the air out of it, then put them in a freezer for 3-4 minutes only.  The foams will harden - and then you can carefully twist them off.  They do come off a lot easier - and you won't destroy them.

The reason I say NO to 30 minutes - that amount of time you could freeze something inside the drivers. 3-4 minutes will do the trick.  I use this method for my 425's."

 forget about the foam entirely.
on the core of the foam tips is a solid plastic tube. the easiest way to take them out is focusing on pushing that thing out from the back with your nails. thats the optimal way to take them out.
