Hi all,

I purchased the E4C's a few days ago. I was just wondering, if worst comes to worst and my E4C's cable snaps off, would it be possible to send it in to Shure for repairs rather than buying a new pair? If so, would there be a fee associated with the repair? I am in Canada, so I do not know if my location makes a difference; I purchased the E4C's from www.marcopolo.ca.

Thanks

Shure earphones come with a 2 or 3 year manufacturers warrenty. From what I have read Shure is VERY good at honoring their warrenty and if the cable ripped out and was within the 2-3 years they will replace it.
