How the heck are you supposed to load the E5's in the carry case pouch? I downloaded owners manual but it does show.

I bought these new so I've not seen how they go in.

For my E500s/SE530s I always started out by holding the drivers in the palm of my hand and then just wrapping the cable around my hand, taking the rats nest off my hand, then stuffing it into the case.

The case for those didn't include the hard plastic insert that my E2Cs had. If your E5s include that variety of case, I just stuck the drivers into the middle of the case, pressed lightly on them with the thumb of my hand that was holding the case to hold them in place and then wrapped the cable around the plastic insert thingy.

Yes mine has the plastic insert. Which has two slots for wires. So I figured there's got to be a best practce for winding and protecting phones and crossove piece.

you can just use some pliers to pull the plastic spool off the case. Lotsa room then.
