Shure e2c mod

Hi there, i feeli have to post this to save people cutting up there shure phones.

There is a mod going around where the headphone is cuta few mm down (after the tips have been removed to reveal the tube underneath) to remove the plastic plugs in the tube.

A reversable mod to acheive the same is to use a small watch screw driver to pop the plug out, this stops you having to cut the phones, and if they need to be sent in for warranty a small amount of superglue should hide what you have done.

Hope this saves a few people.

This was talked about in the original Kramer mod page. Although I think the suggestion was a paper clip.

Nice job on using the watch screw though.

It's ment to open up the sound. I didnt do it for that reason though, i did it because even though i was using the wax guards proplerl they were on occasion nearly coming off in my ear and i didnt want to take a chance with getting one stuck there!
