Recently the cable on my E2C has gone bad. I can listen normally but sometimes if the cable is a bit twisted then the left channel cuts out and there is a cracking noise.
I bought them in July this year so I have still over 18 months of warranty left.
Do you think that Shure (or amazon.de which is where I got them from) will replace my E2C or do they see this as normal wear and tear?

My guess is that they still have plenty of E2C/E2C parts in stock to replace or fix yours.
