Yo I've had my Koss Porta pros for a long time. I like them, I think they're a bit sharp but I do like them, especially on the bass, it's suprisingly good for how small they are. But I want a bit of an upgrade, as they aren't the most comfortable things.

So I found Some Phillips SHP9500's on Aliexpress for £56 (good reviews on seller, highest sold)
Seller says they'll ship as gift to avoid customs.

And then there's the SV007's at £93 on amazon


Is the extra £30 for the Sivgas worth it at all?

I'm in your situation. I have the koss porta pro, sivga and my shp9500 is arriving soon. Sivga has a narrower soundstage than koss, more bloated bass, and more v shaped sound
