Received my Pola39 yesterday.
First impression : very good!

Treble: lots of details without being harsh or sibilant

Mids: voices shine and are a joy to listen to

Bass: substancial, punchy with very nice sub bass

Packaging: ridiculously luxurious

Very thanks for review @marcusd. Maybe more about female vocals, you wrote like FIBAE3, and maybe similar to FIBAE7?

I don't think similar to the 7 for sure. You could argue a little on FIBAE3 but it is not as resolving and the timbre is different with better treble on the POLA39. It is just a different experience with the mix of stats and dynamic driver vs BA timbre.

very thanks for answer. I like from FIBAE7 mids, especially vocals, for me one of the best, but I don't like bass, higher bass to much for me, for bass I prefer F3.

How do they compare to your Flare Pro 2HDs?

They are actually better. I could not have imagined!

The Shozy are just more refined in every regard. Highs shine, voices are pronounced and feel more intimate. Bass and sub bass are more impactful.

I love the Pola39.

Only thing I don't love is the cable. It is very heavy due to the big steel plug and splitter. And the quality of plug and splitter is quite cheap.

Unfortunately, I did not find time for a complete review though...

Please, compare Pola39 to Campfire Andromeda.

I got POLA 39 the other day. Pretty good, top to bottom. For my taste a little bit too much emphasis on mids which makes voices come a bit forward relative to other stuff. Very pleasant to listen to even over long periods of time. Still enough detail at the top. Bottom is good too. Rich, well-defined and quick.

I just got the Shozy Form 1.1. I’m liking it quite a lot. I wonder why there is no robust thread for Shozy IEMs? It seems most discussion about Shozy IEMs are spread throughout several other general threads.

I have a question regarding the spike at 8KHz. It doesn’t bother me too much at low to moderate volumes, but the tuning and characteristics of the 1.1 make it a fun IEM that begs to be turned up. Are there any mods out there that address that treble spike?
