Shozy Neo bg is nice iem with mid and treble centric and I appreciate the striking sound of Neo bg.

Tried the BG last time with my A55. It actually sounded a it on the dark side which I think is due to the Sony DAP. I should have tried with my M2x but I only had one microsd and scanning songs on both DAP isn't exactly fast on the 256gb card, but I digress.
But one discovery that I found accidentally was setting the EQ of the 16k on the Sony to about 5dB+ actually sounded so much different. This was the first time that I've heard of an iem that scales really really good to EQ so I was very impressed.
Adding the highs actually reminded me of my Pola 39. While it doesn't have the same extension as the Pola 39, it does have similar sound. Anyway, the BG was really really good. Had the CP on hand too and the CP sounds more "neutral" but I like the BG more. If I didn't have the Pola 39 already, I would have gotten the BG.

You should really try pola39 with n6ii, the warm analog-esque will make you grin all day long. So gooood that i might consider retiring wm1a.

@cleg may you checking on dap with a little power, because I have Sony ZX2 and for me this is the best DAP and I no want to change? I thinking about Pola39 but ZX2 maybe have not much power to drive. Thx.

I don't have Sony ZX2 for tests, but with FiiO M6 they are definitely underpowered, and more powerful DAPs are doing better. low impedance and low sensitivity isn't a good combination for DAPs with low power unfortunately
BTW, there is a good calculator to check headphones volume with particular source https://reference-audio-analyzer.pro/en/splfull.php
Of course, it's a rough estimation, but it's still really useful for initial evaluation purposes

Very thanks for answer. This is not good info for me.
Over anything else, I will suggest you to get a good DAP like shanling M5s or fiio M11. They don't cost very much and you will discover new sides of your eatphearp. Give it a thought.Very thanks for answer. This is not good info for me.

I don't like Shanling sound is too muddy and no resolution. Fiio M11 very good DAP, but no for me, because sound I don't like. I prefer Sony ZX2, WM1a/z, Cayin N8 on Tube.

Three really interesting DAPs are coming. iBasso DX160, HiBy R5 and Shanling M6, maybe one of them will be what you’re looking for

And Fiio M11 Pro. But there are not organic and dynamics sounds like Sony or Cayin N8 on Tube. I like good resolution and separations, speed attack and decay especially on bass, resolve and sweetens vocals, and bright highs.

Just got the Shozy & AAW POLA39 in and did some unboxing and initial impressions - quite different to the original POLA for sure.
