I have 2 kids... both in diapers, and HUGE plastic car seats. One eats Gerber baby food and drinks baby formula.

Here's my only car that survived Hurricane Ivan! It's a '96 TransAm (or some call it a Firebird). It's a little dusty in the pic but is in great shape and has since received a fresh paint job. It still has low mileage, about 43K, and gets me around very quickly!

I had a '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a '90 Mercedes SEL 560 (loved that car with it's gorgeous leather interior and smooth ride) and sure do wish they had been insured for 'comprehensive'. Oh well, such is life.

BTW, the dude in the pic is Aaron (immtbiker) and it must have been his wife behind the camera.

Thanks for your concern, but I didn't come out nearly as bad as many others. Some people lost their homes which were fully paid for but uninsured. The Jeep wasn't damaged that badly, but did get some salt water into the trasmisison line. I was able to sell it for about 1/4th of its pre-hurricane value to help reduce my losses. The 'mechanic guy' who bought it had it running in just a couple of days, and for a lot less than it would have cost me to get it fixed, so I was quite happy for him (he was living out of a 40 foot container at the time while rebuilding the walls in his apartment).

Just a quick warning, you might want to remove your license plate numbers for security reasons.

Looks like a white 300Z in the background. Twin turbo also?
