I am crazy impressed with how helpful MrSpeakers customer support is.
After I had to have my pair of Aeon Flows replaced, the local distributor in my country neglected to return the black tuning pads with the new pair.
I wrote to MrSpeakers to ask if it would be possible to receive a pair of the black inserts from them, seeing as the local company wasn't responding to my requests to return the tuning pads. Within 10 minutes from my e-mail, Steve C. from MrSpeakers asked my address and said they'd sent the inserts on the same day.
Today, two weeks later, I received the package containing the full set of tuning pads (one pair of black inserts and two pairs of the white inserts). This is absolutely amazing, and to be frank I don't think I've ever been treated this well by a company in all my life.
